Alexandria Wilson

Alexandria “Ali” Wilson serves as Assistant Director of Compliance and Ethics at Appalachian State University, where she supports the development and advancement of the university’s comprehensive compliance and ethics program. She brings experience in compliance program development, enterprise risk management, policy administration, and regulatory compliance initiatives across domestic and international environments.

Ali is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) through the Compliance Certification Board (CCB) and has completed additional professional development opportunities focused on compliance program effectiveness, including the Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Investigation Compliance Academy. Since beginning her career in compliance in 2023, she has managed the implementation of compliance frameworks, developed educational initiatives, and advanced ethical and accountable organizational practices.

Ali has longstanding ties to the High Country, having relocated to Boone in 2003 and returning to the area where her family has deep roots. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new outdoor activities, staying active, and spending time with her two sons and partner, who serves in the United States Army.
